Papio Fun Park has a job opening for
Outside Sales Director
A member of the marketing/sales team
with an emphasis in outside sales

Job Description:

Individuals must have the follow attributes:

  • Outgoing personality with strong people skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Minimum High School diploma, college education is a plus
  • Previous sales experience required, marketing experience is a plus
  • Must provide own transportation to appointments
  • Availability for hours 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon.-Fri with some evening and weekend hours as needed

Job Duties
  • Be fully aware of the programs and packages available to our clientele
  • Be available for all training sessions and staff meetings as required
  • Attend Chamber/networking events as determined by marketing team
  • Complete minimum number of sales contacts per day
  • Book events and manage accounts based on needs of the clientele
  • Follow up with each event contact (post event) to ensure quality of service to our clientele
  • Complete all other duties and team projects as assigned

Salary & Benefits
  • $24,000 base PLUS commission (percentage based on sales revenue generated)
  • Vacation days
  • Mileage reimbursement

  • Networking expenses reimbursed with prior approval
