pricing: $850 per hour*, flat rate
*10% discount available on hourly rental when scheduled
any morning with event ending prior to noon.
Your Exclusive event allows you to shut down the park to the public and have
your group use our facility exclusively for the time frame that you desire.
This includes the following:

Your Exclusive event allows you to shut down the park to the public and have
your group use our facility exclusively for the time frame that you desire.
This includes the following:
- Exclusive use of Papio Fun Park, with full staff for activities
- Unlimited access to Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, Lazer Tag, Batting Cages, Spaceball, Jumpshot & Water Wars
- Free play on pool tables and available video games
- Outdoor Fireside Pavilion for food service with seating for 200+ people. Firewood and roasting sticks available if you would like to use the fire pit during your event.
- Staff provided to welcome/check-in guests and pass out beverage tickets, wristbands, etc. if needed
- All trash removal and clean-up
- We can coordinate catering of your choice, or you can arrange your own caterer (we do not have contracts with any caterers). You may also opt to bring in your own pot luck meal, if you so desire. There is no extra charge for any of the options that you choose, besides the cost of food that we provide through a caterer.
- All Beverages must be purchased through Papio Fun Park. No outside drinks will be allowed. We carry Pepsi & Dr. Pepper products which include options other than soda drinks. We can arrange to distribute beverage tickets to your guests for tracking purposes.
- Bar service is available upon request. Discuss details with our Sales Director.
- Arcade games, Air Hockey and food purchased directly at the concession counter are not included in the cost of the exclusive hourly rate. Arcade games operate with quarters.
- Face painting available for an additional fee
- Wax hand creations available for an additional fee
7% sales tax will be added to the final cost of the event
Deposit required with signed agreement to reserve date,
remaining balance is due before the event concludes
