Are your Go-Karts available everyday?
Answer
Our Go-Karts run everyday that we're open as long as the weather conditions are appropriate. It must be at least 55 degrees and dry in order for us to operate the track safely. If it is too cold, or the track is wet, the Go-Karts will not be available. |

Answer
Yes. You are more than welcome to bring in your own cake and ice cream. We do have a freezer to store your ice cream products. |

Answer
We have a supply of candles and matches that we keep on hand for such an emergency. Simply ask one of the staff at the service counter, and we can provide these for you. |

What food packages do you offer?
Answer
We have a hotdog package, which is $2.50 per person. This includes one hotdog, one 12oz. beverage, and one refillable popcorn bowl for each guest. We also have a pizza package. This package is based on purchasing whole pizzas at a discounted rate. One pizza is $15.00, two pizzas are $14.00 each and three or more pizzas are $13.00 each. You may choose your single toppings for each pizza. Each 12oz. beverage purchased will be $1.00 each. |

Can I have a combination of both food packages?
Answer
Yes, if your party guests are having a hard time deciding which food package they want, we can combine them to appease their tastes. Prices are the same with our without combination. Call us @ 592-5671 to arrange your food combination package. |

Can we bring in our own food, if we don’t want your food packages?
Answer
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, if you’d still like to be able to feed your party guests, we suggest having a meal at your home before or after the event to sustain them. Typically, kids are more preoccupied with our activities, than they are worried about food; most of the time the cake is enough for them. |

Can we add a food package to our party on the day of our event?
Answer
We prefer that you make arrangements for a food package at least one day prior to your scheduled event, just to give our staff notice for how much food needs to be prepared. However, we understand that plans change at the last minute, and we remain flexible for such things. If you’d like to add a hotdog package, this can be done fairly easily. If you’re interested in a pizza package, please be aware that these take longer to prepare. If you change your mind and decide to order pizza as soon as your party starts, you may be looking at a wait time of as much as 30 minutes before your food package will be ready. For this reason, we ask that you call ahead to order your pizzas as soon as you decide on that package, to allow us preparation time. This way the chance of the pizzas being ready when you are is much greater. |

Does the total number of guests include the birthday child/guest of honor?
Answer
Yes, this number should include him/her in the count. Remember, our blue and green packages have a minimum of 8 guests. While the yellow and red packages have no minimum number needed. |

Do I need to bring my own quarters for the arcade games?
Answer
You can bring your own quarters if you like, but we do have a change machine at our location for your use. Also, if you have an arranged party with us, and you’d like to hand out quarters to your guests, we can add this cost to your tab. |

What is the $20.00 deposit for?
Answer
This deposit ensures that you will get the table space you have reserved. We have many requests for parties, and some of them want the same time slot. In this case, whomever has paid the deposit first will be guaranteed their space. |

Can someone else take my party’s time slot if I haven’t paid my deposit?
Answer
We try not to double book any one time slot for parties, so even if you haven’t paid your deposit, you shouldn’t have any reason to worry about loosing your reserved table. However, in the instance that we have a fully booked party day, and other people are requesting your slot, we will call you to give you a chance to either decline, or pay the deposit to guarantee your reservation. |

Can I bring in my group of kids to have a wristband party if I don’t want the reserved table?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to do this. Keep in mind, though, that party extras (balloon decoration, paper products, etc.) would not be available to you if you haven’t booked the party with us ahead of time. So, if you’re not interested in any of these, you may bring in your group unannounced. |

Can I still have a table if I didn’t book my party with you ahead of time?

Anyone that comes in can set up their party at a table that isn’t reserved. However, if we have a busy party day, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to find a spare table. Also, just remember that we offer our party extras (balloon decoration, paper products, etc.) only to those parties that book ahead of time and pay a deposit. |

If I have extended family members or other parents that want to stay and watch during the party, do they have to pay admission to get in?

Of course NOT. Your extra family members and parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the party at no charge. You can always add-on single activities to your party’s tab if an extra person would like to play a game with the rest of the kids. |

Can I bring my own decorations for our table?
Answer
Certainly! We provide a table cover and a balloon bouquet. Anything else you’d like to add to your table setting is up to you. You are also more than welcome to bring your own paper products if you’re going for a specific theme (i.e. Spongebob plates). |

Do you have age restrictions for your other activities?
Answer
Go-karts are the only activity with a solid age restriction. You may find, though, that children younger than 5 won’t be able to participate as well in the Lazer Runner game. Reason being, our vests may be too large or too heavy for some small children. You are welcome to have your young kids try out our vests to see if they like it. If they aren’t comfortable with a vest on, they can still go into the arena and enjoy watching the game with adult supervision. |

What are the age and height requirements for your go-karts?
Answer
A driver must be at least 50” tall AND 8 years old to ride by themselves. Any child who does not meet these requirements can be a free passenger with an adult driver. Drivers must be 18 years old in order to carry a passenger. |

There are no day or time restrictions to any of our wristband packages. They are available anytime that we are open to the public. Please call, or check our website for updated hours of operation. |

What exactly are your wristband packages and what do they include?
Answer
We have three wristband packages to choose from. The first, our two activity wristband, is $9.00. This will allow you to do two activities (one time each), selecting from Go-karts, Mini-golf, or Lazer Runner. The second package, our Fun Pack wristband, is $13.00. This package allows you unlimited use of Lazer Runner and Mini-golf. The third package, the Extreme wristband,is $19.00. This package allows you unlimited use of Lazer Runner, Mini-golf and Go-karts.
ALL of these wristband packages includes unlimited use of our trampoline games in addition to the activities listed.
